Job Description:
- CCNA Certified.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications
- Monitor and manage server performance, security, and backups.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Implement and maintain VPNs and other network security measures.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage antivirus software and security updates.
- Assess technology needs and make recommendations for hardware and software purchases.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms for IT-related products and services.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Keep inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
