Job Description: Graphic Designer 

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling creative solutions for a wide range of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop innovative visual concepts for print, digital, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute ideas that align with client needs and campaign goals.
• Work on both long-term branding projects and short-term campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums.
• Prepare final design files and manage the production process as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and varied design work.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Ability to adapt to various brand guidelines and client requirements.

Bonus (but not essential):

• Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of web design or UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with 3D design or illustration.
