Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance quotas.
• Strong phone contact handling skills with active listening capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.

Education:

• Graduates from reputable universities are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
