Corporate System Analyst

Position Summary:
The Corporate Systems Analyst will be primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of HR systems Integrations and other related IT Technical matters. As a secondary responsibility, the individual may be responsible for support and maintenance of other “off-the-shelf” corporate IT applications.
This position will require hands-on software development and application support experience in HR data Integrations and other related technologies. This position will communicate directly and frequently with Human Resources/Payroll, Tax, Real Estate, Finance, IT, and other application development groups. This position will be directly responsible for maintaining and enhancing various systems including Workday HCM, Kronos, Vertex for Tax, Hyperion, Trintech ReconNET, etc.
Key Accountabilities – System Analyst:
- Perform duties related to HR Systems integrations SDLC including design, development and testing
- Assist with all aspects of data integrations/interfaces with various vendors and other internal systems; Manage and own end-to-end testing with various vendors, Workday-partner, internal system owners.
- Responsible for Workday integrations (EIB, core connectors, & studio integrations)
- Knowledgeable in workforce integration manager
- Perform daily IT operations for the assigned systems/applications
- Provide IT support by responding to production issues as a priority
- Manage open incidents (tickets, issues) in Service Management tool following ITIL processes
- Respond to requests in a positive, timely manner and provide feedback on expected completion dates
- Strong Knowledge on Incident Management and Change Management Processes and Policies
- Understand business concepts and processes to effectively support the business team with mediating new and existing business and technical challenges
- Translate user requirements into system specifications leveraging the existing IT infrastructure (software engineering and architecture)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Data Integration development and support using various integration tools
- Experience in production support (24x7x365) environment following ITIL processes/guidelines is required
- Integration experience with Workday & Kronos
- Experience with two or more General-purpose programming languages such as XSLT, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript
- Current hands-on programming experience required; current technology environment includes PL/SQL, SQL, ETL, Unix scripting
- Proven experience performing business and systems analysis in a variety of application development environments
- Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support

- Must demonstrate accountability, sound decision making, detailed analytical capabilities, and clear and concise communications

- Ability to work towards multiple deadlines with shifting priorities; should have “sense of urgency” to meet business expectations.
