𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We’re seeking high-energy, results-driven Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our prospects, you’ll play a critical role in building relationships and setting qualified meetings with the founder of a leading real estate business in New England, Connecticut.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. High-Volume Outreach: Make 250-300 calls daily to residential customers.
2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile.
3. Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified appointments directly with the founder.
4. Relationship Building: Create positive first impressions, building trust and rapport with potential clients.
5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using Mojo, RingCentral, or similar CRMs.
6. Reporting: Track daily activity metrics, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• Experience: 1-3 years in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (real estate experience is a plus).
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Mojo, RingCentral, or similar CRMs and speed dialers (preferred).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with a persuasive and engaging tone.
• Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and appointment-setting goals.
• Highly Organized: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail for managing high call volumes.
• Remote Setup: Stable internet, power backup, and a noise-canceling headset.
• Preferred: Familiarity with US-based markets and real estate industry trends.
