Admin Support Associate - Remote

Salary Range: 125k to 150k

Position Type: Remote (UK-based Client)

Experience Required: 2-3 years in a similar role

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent email crafting and writing skills

Attention to detail

Very good written and spoken English

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Pakistan time - UK Time Zone

Job Description:

• Collate daily client enquiries (EOIs, emails, WhatsApp)
• Liaise with clients through various enquiry channels
• Direct client issues and queries to appropriate teams or team members
• Keep clients informed about the status of their projects
• Follow up with clients for funding-related documents
• Collect daily client registration information for monthly claims
• Maintain live tracking information for clients
• Assist in screening monthly claim paperwork
• Help collate evidence for monthly claims as required
• Organize and arrange team members' calendars as needed
• Draft documentation and reports for management use
• Create email templates for the team
• Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
